Hey, we're Jan and Kerstin — nice to meet you!

We're two independent app developers based in Tübingen, Germany, and Meaningful Things is our small studio.

It started with our own digital lives. We wanted to take back control and find a better balance with our devices, and the goal was simple: tools that are a joy to look at every day and genuinely easy to use — built by people who use them, not by a faceless company.

Made by Humans

We answer our own support email, write our own copy, and sign our own names. When something breaks, we say so plainly and fix it. "Made by Humans" is both how we work and what we want you to feel.

Everything we make serves one mission: helping people build a healthier, more intentional relationship with their devices — and through that, more life, focus, and presence.
