How do I structure my day into focus sessions and breaks?
A simple four-step rhythm: plan, work, break, and review.

Focus is built on a simple, proven rhythm: work in short, focused intervals with breaks to recharge. Here's the daily flow.
- Plan. Each morning, add your most important tasks and choose what matters most. You can even estimate how many sessions a task will take.
- Work. Start a session on a single task. One session is 25 minutes of focused work; a full cycle is a few sessions with short breaks, then a longer one.
- Break. When the timer rings, step away — stretch, breathe, look away from your screen — then begin the next session refreshed.
- Review. At the end of the day, open Activity to see what you accomplished and whether you reached your goal.
