How many focus sessions should I aim for each day?
Decide how many sessions make a good day.

Where a time goal counts minutes, a session goal counts completed focus sessions — a simple, satisfying way to measure the day.
If you're just starting, set an easy target of two or three sessions for your most demanding work, and handle lighter tasks as usual. As your concentration grows, raise it: five to six sessions is a good day, and seven or eight is really great.
Session length matters too. Twenty-five minutes is perfect to begin with; some people later prefer 50 minutes of work with a 10-minute break. Try a few rhythms and keep whichever you'll come back to.
